Naccarato Insurance, a New York-based insurance agency with multiple offices serving customers in three states, was preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary. It engaged RGI to review and make changes to its branding and marketing, and build Naccarato’s market presence in the Hudson Valley. Following a strategic assessment of the business’ inconsistent communications practices, RGI developed a focused message and marketing strategy that would ensure the appeal of Naccarato’s brand with key target markets. Refreshing its brand to promote the firm’s experience and extensive carrier relationships, RGI coined “50 Years. 50 Carriers. We’ve Got You Covered” and extended a consistent brand look to all new marketing collateral for the agency, including a new website. The success of the rebranding program resulted in RGI being retained to develop and manage Naccarato’s advertising, including print, radio, social media, event sponsorships, publicity and more. Since the campaign, Naccarato Insurance has grown its business each year and significantly raised its visibility within its core and expanding markets.
